5kbd Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 5kbd ("5kbd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 5kbd.io. Access to or use of any part of the 5kbd platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 5kbd, including but not limited to: sports betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), online casino games, live dealer tables, virtual games, account management, deposit and withdrawal services, bonus and promotional programmes, and customer support interactions.

5kbd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication at 5kbd.io/terms-conditions. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to the 5kbd platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 5kbd enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players in Bangladesh, in keeping with responsible gaming standards for the Bangladesh market.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily as a private individual acting on your own account, not as a professional or commercial bettor acting on behalf of another person or organisation.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 5kbd for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of bonuses, or violation of these Terms.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or family member of a 5kbd employee with access to non-public odds or game data.

Age Verification Process

5kbd is committed to preventing underage gambling. All new accounts are subject to mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You will be required to submit a valid, government-issued identification document — either a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — before any withdrawal request can be processed. 5kbd reserves the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend account activity pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account with 5kbd at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Bangladesh mobile number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times. 5kbd is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain current account details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5kbd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 5kbd support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 5kbd will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

One Account Per Household

Only one account per household, IP address, device, or shared payment method (including shared bKash or Nagad wallet) is permitted. Where 5kbd detects multiple accounts operating from the same household or payment method, it reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the excess accounts and withhold any associated bonuses.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 5kbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5kbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless otherwise specified during a promotional period.
• Deposits are credited to your 5kbd account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of network delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.
• 5kbd does not charge any fee on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, for which 5kbd bears no responsibility.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be refused and refunded where possible, less any applicable third-party processing fees.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 5kbd account.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not submitted and passed identity verification will not be able to withdraw funds.
• Standard processing time for bKash and Nagad withdrawals is within 15 minutes of approval, seven days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals (DBBL, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 3 business days.
• 5kbd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold for up to 72 hours.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions) for full details.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 5kbd sportsbook and all casino game rounds played on the 5kbd platform are subject to the specific game rules published within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail for that game or market only.

Sports Betting

5kbd offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as other sports markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change at any time before confirmation; the odds at the point of confirmation are final.
• 5kbd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error, incorrect odds, or manifest pricing mistake has occurred. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to our trading team's discretion. 5kbd may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice, including during delays, weather interruptions, or following a significant match event.
• The maximum payout on any single bet is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka), unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing with 5kbd's management team.
• Any bet suspected of being placed using insider knowledge, match-fixing information, or coordinated betting patterns will be voided and the account referred for investigation.

Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino games and live dealer tables on the 5kbd platform are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing in a controlled studio environment. 5kbd does not manipulate game outcomes.

The minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game are displayed within the game interface. 5kbd reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on individual player accounts where unusual wagering patterns are detected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

5kbd offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived winnings may not be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• 5kbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being abused or that the player has violated these Terms.
• Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category will be published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.

7. Responsible Gaming

5kbd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. 5kbd will never market to any player who has self-excluded or placed themselves on a cooling-off period. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and will be applied across all services and communication channels.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 5kbd platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any bugs discovered must be reported to 5kbd support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without significant wagering activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using another person's payment account, identity document, or account credentials to access or transact on the platform.
• Making false or misleading statements to 5kbd customer support or compliance teams.
• Attempting to access restricted regions of the platform, administrative panels, or other players' account data.
• Any conduct that 5kbd reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 5kbd platform — including but not limited to the 5kbd brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5kbd or its licensed suppliers. No part of the 5kbd platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 5kbd.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. 5kbd holds valid licences for all third-party content displayed on the platform.

10. Privacy and Data

5kbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5kbd uses industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption on all pages and transactions to protect your personal and financial data. Your data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5kbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to internet connectivity failures, device malfunction, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by technical faults, subject always to the void-bet provisions in Section 5.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 5kbd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension and Termination

5kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In the event of account termination for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 5kbd's support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance (subject to pending wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

13. Amendments

5kbd may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, 5kbd will use reasonable efforts to notify active players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 5kbd platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect. You will be entitled to withdraw your real-money balance in accordance with the procedures in Section 4.
